American musician secretly ties the knot with girlfriend

38-yr-old Mraz married Carano in the presence of 50 close friends and family at the Historic Polegreen Church in Mraz's hometown, Mechanicsville, Virginia, E! online reports.

The newlywed musician tweeted a beautiful photo of his bride standing in the church clutching a bouquet of flowers.

Carano fondly called Tina, described famous husband's sweet attributes to a magazine recently.
